Hiring someone can be a very complex process.
Top-tier individuals usually don’t put a resume together or respond to ads. For the most part, they stay close to their network and must be recruited. They may be active in a search but when we present them a step up in their career they will move if the opportunity is right. At Bryar Group, this is our passion. We build strong networks and learn what individual drivers are to ensure success. We don’t submit resumes, we introduce good people to good people.
The Recruitment approach

3. Submission Submit top-qualified people and set up interviews.
4. Debrief Provide debrief feedback to both parties.
5. Offer Acceptance Ensure mutual acceptance through transparency and addressing feedback on either side.
6. Pre-employment Process Help both parties bridge the gap between the start date.
7. Post-start process Follow-up with both parties and provide feedback to ensure a successful transition.
